Tombs and Churches

Tonight we are staying in the shadows of St Peter's Church, Chillesford - a small but delightful church close to Orford Ness; we are the only van on the site. On the way from Bury St Edmunds we visited the cadaver tomb of John Baret   before moving on to Framlingham. In the church here is the tomb of Henry Howard and his wife. Henry was largely responsible for bringing the sonnet format to England. 
A great deal of history in so few places.
