Life through the lens...

Pollinators

The garden was buzzing tiday.
The foxgloves and nepeta are the bees favourite at the moment, but good to see them also gathering nectar from the broad beans.
So hopefully we will have a good crop.

I started painting the downstairs toilet this morning. Found it very difficult. Thought as it was only a small room wouldn’t bother getting a decorator in. However I realised it is the most difficult room to decorate. I needed to be a contortionist getting to some places round the toilet. Also we have the boiler in there. Boxed in a cupboard.
I began to feel faint, and so gave up and went for a lie down.
Fortunately felt much better after half an hour or so, and have taken it easy this afternoon.
However we have now decided to get a decorator in to do the rest of it, as I don’t feel like tackling any more.

So good to have both lunch and tea sat out in the garden.
Temp. 29C and sun all day. Just a very slight welcome breeze.
Summer has returned!

Extra photo of the Osprey youngsters at Cors Dyfi Nature Reserve, in Wales, which have grown so much in just four weeks.
It’s lovely to see them on YouTube.
