Chinese Globeflower

A rather striking flower for the garden. Golden-orange, bowl shaped flowers in bloom from late spring to midsummer. It is as perfect flower for growing in damp soil in sun, such as around the edge of a pond or a bog garden.

A very hot car journey from Fife to Glasgow and it certainly feels much warmer at home ..... a night for the fan I think.
