Aches and pains

After a relaxed morning I headed down to the DLC for tennis. R had a meeting at the GP surgery so didn’t join me. I played tennis for 2 hours but about 1 hour in I began to feel pain in my elbow, and by the end of the game I was in quite severe pain.
A true instance of tennis elbow, which I haven’t suffered before. It then dominated the rest of my day in a way I didn’t want.
However I managed to cook a somewhat unusual meal for dinner which was a Japanese style lasagne mostly based on a Meera Sodha recipe. It was delicious in fact.
Went outside afterwards to deal with some chores and found this lovely sunset waiting for me.
