Cherries

Went to Eastbourne office today for a lunch meeting with JW, whom I have not seen for many months. He seems to be well and enjoying his new life following divorce.
After work went to DLC for gym and swim and R met me there. When we got home I wandered into the orchard and saw that all of the trees bar one have produced fruit. There are a number of cherry trees and large quantities of fruit on each. At our old house we never managed to get to the cherries before the birds ate them all. We shall have to see if the same is true here.
