Had my ears syringed at the opticians this morning, £70 for 10 mins in the appointment - but at least it was on time...

Felt a bit giddy afterwards, so just came straight home.  Popped out to our local M&S Foodhall later - hardly anything in there at all foodwise!  I went to get a nice Father's Day card as I believe that is happening on Sunday and need to post it.

Was hoping to meet my ex-boss at the company's new offices tomorrow, but unfortunately her meeting has been cancelled so she will be working from home (Chichester) instead - and she is retiring in September - we do hope to meet up before then at some point :)

I'm going to try and go out instead to another NT property which is the last day of this short break.

Looking forward to the Final of Race Across the World tonight!    Just hope I can stay awake for the ending...
