Egyptian goose this morning :)

Bit of a rough night last night (again), coughing, unable to sleep :(   Its been a lazy sort of day, though I did pop out to the lake to find some cygnets I hoped.

Sadly most of the wildlife were staying away...I blame the commercial social events they keep holding there :(

Would love to find a proper local wildlife place...with a hide

When I walked back towards this 'beach' I found some older 'goslings' had arrived.  Not sure if they belonged to the original pair or not.  They haven't got all their colours yet.

Tomorrow, I'm going to need to be more alert because I'm going into Reading...
