Just put together a few garden flowers

Well today was a lovely day and so warm and a promise of similar for a few days, thats according to the weatherman!!!

Took Tanzy to the vet, Oh the poor thing she hates the vets she was literally shaking and other dogs in the waiting room didn't help, then we have to drag and push her into the room with the vet as no amount of coaxing will get her in. She then sits as close to the door as possible while the vet has a look at her. She had to have a blood test to make sure the Rimadyl tablets weren't affecting her kidneys, 
The vet also suggested another blood test at the same time which would show up if there could be any kidney problems in the future, it did cost a lot but Paula said yes because one of our other dogs, Molly, had kidney problems bless her so best to find out and be prepared.
She said that while they were taking the blood Tanzy lay on the floor with her nose to the bottom of it, but they managed. 
Later she rang and said Good News, no problems detected for the future, and that Tanzy was in better health this year than last year and no problems with her kidneys and liver . in fact she was a very fit dog, except for her poor old leg which she copes with with the tablets. 
Well that set us back quite a few quid, good job we save for these things.
Mind you she does get multivitamins for dogs, flex a joint and green lipped muscle I don't wonder she is a fit dog.

Also forgot to mention yesterday, Caitlin made £75 at the car boot sale last Sunday, she was really thrilled, I will have to see if I can dig out a few more bits for her next one. Time I had a good clear out.

Didn't do a lot today as half of it was gone with the vets then a walk, we were late home for lunch, so spent the afternoon chatting and pottering.

Watched Reuban Owen Life in the Dales. It's so refreshing to see young men like them working hard and making something of their lives. The we watched The Greens, what a lovely couple they are. How Steve keeps going at his age I don't know. It must be the good food Jean feeds him.
