Another pain filled night - yet my knee isn't too bad in the day, I suppose because I can get comfortable and keep changing position - but nothing is working at night.

I've managed to get out in the car today and do a small shop in the supermarket.  I shall do small shops this week as my friend is away...  

However it is difficult to get my left leg out of the car (thankfully I have an automatic or I couldn't drive at all) :(

Hoping to find the doctor available tomorrow...
