Unfolded

This peony was planted three years ago, in another place. I dug it up from the place I used to live (there were several), because I like peonies and wanted us to start fresh in the new place. It didn't like it at all where I put it and almost died, so I moved it to this big rock, where I thought it would have enough sun and some warmth from the rock on cold days. It didn't like to be moved either but didn't die. Last year I nearly moved it againg but saw signs that it was growing so I let it be. This year, it had two big buds that burst a couple of days ago and now it's in full bloom. 
Wonderful plant, I'm glad it likes it here as much as myself.
