Waterfall Creek

Another very chilly start to the day, but when the sun came out it was lovely. 
It was good to be back at balance class, and then Frida and I went for a good walk.
We went to see David Attenburgh’s documentary “Ocean”  - it should be compulsory viewing for MPs and children (for the future protection). The seabed trawling is disgusting - but at least there is hope if we develop more protected areas. Real food for thought.

Sorry I haven’t commented much recently - the hours go too quickly.
