Rain + Bow = Rainbow

We had a lovely walk with 2 friends and their dog out at the Wetlands this morning. The rain missed us, but as we drove away, I spotted a full rainbow - it was lovely seeing it behind the raindrops on the car window.

We visited a friend (Poppy’s mother)  recoperating from surgery, and after a meeting in the afternoon , we brought her home  to share tea with us. Poppy had spent the afternoon with her, which they both enjoyed. She has now gone home, and Poppy, Billy and Frida are all asleep in front of the fire. Such a peaceful scene…..
