Garden trail

Today we decided to go to the open gardens trail in a north Herefordshire village. Twelve gardens around the village of varying sizes, styles and, it has to be said, levels of gardening competence. I picked up a few ideas to try at home. Several gardens were growing these Martagon lilies which I might try. We decided to walk the 15 miles there and back so my feet are feeling tired now. At least we saw several hares in the meadow. Tomorrow's big hike might have to be postponed.
