Round The Island Yacht Race

Despite bad weather warnings, the race around the Isle of Wight went ahead with very little rain. We watched from a few vantage points - Freshwater Bay, Blackgang and Ventnor, where we also had lunch. 
The winning vessel was captained by an 84 year old and completed the course in 3 hours and 20 minutes.
The extra was taken from Blackgang back towards Freshwater.
