The Beach

Good nights sleep and another sunny start in paradise. Porridge for breakfast and continued helpful conversation with words about difficult situations, missionary works and other important issues.

This was a day for relaxing by our van overlooking the beach and the weather definitely warranted a tasty gelato in the
little town down the road - plus we all, at sundry times took a plunge in the cool refreshing sea to cool off. If you look closely you can see M&D on the right of the photo.

I was up for creating dinner tonight and limited by very small grocery shops, chose to dress the pork fillets I bought on Wednesday with a marinara/asiago topping with cauliflower roasted in the camper van oven and broccoli and potatoes. Delicious asparagus starter from D and accompanied by a bottle of Wineomania Carignan. Very relaxing apart from the rather hot environment of the van when I was cooking.
