HAIRY Twat is where she's studying, she tells me - like it's the first time anybody's ever used that gag about Herriot-Watt. I think I can remember when I thought it was funny, though it loses something after the first ten thousand times you hear it. I smile, but I reckon it must look pretty fake. Been out there once or twice, and it's a weird place - right on the edge of town. Must be a pain in the arse, getting out there every day for your lessons, I say, by way of making conversation.
