Bikes

I loved the ideas of bike hiring in European cities...but in Melbourne it simply has not taken off. Mainly because helmets are compulsory in Melbourne and helmets are not provided with the hire bikes!

The Melbourne CDB is so well planned in a grid system that you can't get lost and if you had a day you could simply walk the entire square.

Alas, the bikes make the streets look pretty!
