Second day of decorating and a morning with constant heavy rain . The grass has suddenly got very long.
I finally finished the bunting for the shelter- hopefully will hang it up tomorrow. It’s taken a lot longer than I expected. I also planned out the pelmet for the guest bedroom. I will still patchwork it but in much larger pieces so it shouldn’t take as long.
Left early for Bridge at 1 as there are roadworks on my route. Of course I sailed through them all so I popped into Lidl. I played with the same person as I did last Wednesday. We came joint bottom but only just! The players were a much higher standard ( we knew that before we went) so we were happy with just bottom!
It had stopped raining by the time I got home and surprisingly the grass wasn't wet so I was able to get the grass cut and a bit of gardening
