Joe arrived promptly at 8 for another 3 days decorating.
Went to sewing group as usual and had a nice time. Called in at Sainsbury’s to return some clothes but was partially unsuccessful. Too complicated to note here but very frustrating!
Had lunch and did a bit of sorting when I got home and then carried on with sewing the bunting. Nearly finished! Caught the bus to town and to meet Ji at the Broadway to watch The Salt Path. I was a bit early so had a wander down a street I don’t think I’d been down since I moved here. Love this old shop front. It’s been an optician’s since I was a child and i’m told a very good one. I wish they’d do something more with their window display though! We both enjoyed the film , though I think I preferred the book.
