I think this is possibly the first time I’ve ever made pastry. I’ve got a vague memory of rubbing butter and flour together in school but that was probably for scones.

So my maiden pastry voyage I made a Leek Tart from Picardy. Not sure how to French would have judge it but I thought it was delicious. Maybe I might try pastry again.
