At the last minute.
I roasted those carrots, took a bath, rode the bus to meet Eric, and continued on to Ann and Glenn’s for dinner, where six of us sat and gabbed for 3 1/2 hours. Their house is small and old, but they remodeled a while ago and have the most charming dining room with big windows to the yard. Glenn is a beekeeper with many hives in their yard, so we watched bees flying everywhere and so much to look at.
Back home, I slid into bed and finally took a picture.
