Seeing is believing!

What we witnessed in Luxembourg today?! Had a lovely morning strolling the old ramparts of the city with the children, marvelling at the architecture and obvious privilege its inhabitants enjoy. Stopping for ice cream in the town square we saw these two street performers?! We can't explain it, it's gravity defying, incomprehensible and pretty brilliant! They were raking in the money and it was very well deserved. Does anyone have an explanation for us?

Then it was on to Freiburg to meet my eldest off the train who has been spreading her wings in Switzerland the last two weeks...she has matured and gained extra distance and independence from me...wonderful to see her again and relish her company!

Now we are camping, since we are used to endless space as mostly wild campers, this is a slightly shall we say tighter experience! Still nothing a lovely dinner under trees, a few glasses of wine and some fresh air won't improve...and that's day two of our holiday!
