Bonus bee

A rather punishing Nat stretch class at 8.30 did set me up for the day but I wasn’t feeling it when the alarm went off. However I went and managed ok despite struggling with some of the instructions.

After breakfast Phin and I went to Newbattle again when unfortunately he picked up another couple of ticks. They seem extra abundant just now.

Nipped to the shops to pick up a couple of breakfast items and then collected Miss PHL from work. She didn’t seem to be carrying much and informed me she wasn’t staying the night as I hadn’t mentioned it. Didn’t think I needed to but it turned out she’d had a really stressful week and was looking forward to a long lie in her own bed at the flat. Our son and his wife arrived in good time for us to walk to a local restaurant for dinner where we had a lovely meal paid for by them as a thank you for us looking after Henry.

A relatively early night as I need to be up sharp in the morning.
