A Kentish Getaway: Reunions, Rambles, and Rest

What’s a weekend! It’s been busy, but incredibly enjoyable - one of those stretches of time where you pack so much in, yet somehow come away feeling refreshed. I’m genuinely amazed at how much we managed to fit into just a couple of days

We caught up with family and friends in Margate and Sittingbourne, which always brings a mix of nostalgia and warmth. In between, we carved out time for ourselves, enjoying peaceful strolls through Broadstairs and Canterbury. Just the two of us, soaking in the coastal air and the charm of those streets - it was perfect

This evening, we took a quick train ride to Watford High Street. We popped into the 24-hour Tesco for a few bits and then treated ourselves to a quiet moment over lattes at McDonald’s. A simple end to a full, fulfilling weekend.
