Relaxing on the porch at Kennicott Glacier Lodge after our morning hikes. The kinder took the adventure challenge and climbed to Bonanza mine, while the more sane adults hiked up the foot of Root Glacier. Crampons could have been useful but the warm weather allowed us to ascend quite a long way before icy going halted our progress. We observed a young lady Hula-Hooping on the glacier and she posed for blip but the photo didn't make the grade....
