Coral sunset

The peony is open! Just about! It closed up at dusk, so I am hoping tomorrow morning it will be out in its full splendour. What an amazing colour it is, and it should gradually change through apricot to cream….I will no doubt be posting more photos.
The afternoon was reasonably mild and we had a sit in our new wind proof corner. Bonnie thought she should be admitted too, one man and his dog!
