Woolly friends

I struggled out in the drizzle with Bonnie, and we found the field full of black Herdwick lambs which she wanted to make friends with! They were not so sure though.
A quick check on my peony finds it almost ready to pop! What a stunning colour it is! I thought it would be safest to tie it to a longer cane, wouldn’t want any mishaps at this stage…although, I had a mishap with a cane yesterday and stabbed my self in the eye, so I will have to take care here!
