Ultra-Processed People

We up early this morning to tidy and pack, and thus render the camper van fit for travel. 

We had a happy and event free trip back up the M6, stopping off Sainsbury's in Bamber Bridge to give the camper van a good clean before returning it. 

And once we had handed it over, we drove back up to Kirkby Lonsdale, where we unpacked and I embarked on the washing. 

Today's photo is of the book I'm currently reading. The fact I don't watch TV or listen to the radio (or podcasts) means I do sometimes miss out on things and I suspect this book is quite widely known. 

It is, though, an absolutely stunning, illuminating, also quite terrifying read. Suffice to say that it has already changed the way I eat, and can't imagine going back. If that sounds like hyperbole, trying reading the book!
