Low energy and
cranky feet will keep me in

I had to make grocery shopping the first priority this morning. I left the house in time to make the store opening at 7 AM.

Shopping is a bit of a challenge these days for those of us boycotting American goods/products. I have to read the labels carefully. Our stores have placed large red "Made in Canada" stickers to direct us in our choices. This week I have not been able to buy Canadian onions, other than green onions. I did find lemons from Peru and blueberries from Mexico, which made me very happy. There are some things I just do without, such as broccoli and cauliflower.....such is life!

By the time I'd shopped, my feet said "ENOUGH". I drove on to the Fulton Field Park by the airport for my blip. I am so impressed with the memorial to Cpt Jenn Casey. I could see my mountains as I looked down Tranquille Road to the east. I like the pair of rocking chairs that have been placed to view the end of the runway.

With breakfast in hand I was on my way home.  I plan for a quiet day with my feet up.
