Honeysuckle
The main job od today was to pick up our meat order, then to portion it all up and freeze. The longest job is the sausages. There is a good discount if you buy 5 lb or more, and to stop freezer burn I wrap each one in clingfilm. Not a short job. The bacon gets much the same treatment, but is frozen in large wads.
The rest of the day has been a bit of a fug – recovering from yesterday, I’m not as young as I used to be.
