Tony makes mead...in Wrexham. 
Tony gave us lots of mead to taste.

One of Louisa's birthday presents was a tour of the Meadery along with tasting a few of the meads on offer to appreciate the different flavours and complexities. It was really good and interesting as he took us through a potted history of mead, as well as how they ferment it in a medieval style in the Meadery. We also now know the difference between fermented (mead) and fortified (not mead). We got to taste 14 different meads ranging from dandylion to spiced and came away with 3 bottles at the end.

I'm sure I'll be seeing Tony again.
