So many birds...

I do believe Manatee County has succeeded in making our local park a Bird Estuary! This is one of the ponds at Bennett Park that attracts so many various birds. Today there were about 8 or 10 Great White Egrets, 2 Black Bellied Ducks, a Woodstork, a Great Blue Heron and an immature Little Blue Heron... all sharing this body of water. The main photo shows only some of the birds, but I really like the reflections of the White Egrets. An extra shows the rather prehistoric looking Woodstork in the middle of the photo.
