And so it begins...

... Today, after 6 months of waiting, we finally signed contracts on this house. Having renovated our present house over the last 10 years... it begins again.

This house has stood empty for 6 months and needs substantial renovation.

Hopefully, in a couple of weeks we'll move in. Then the work starts.

First job - cut the overgrown front lawn!!
