David & Goliath

Here’s one of our sightings while sitting on the deck this afternoon. I rather like the size contrast between the tree and the nuthatch. A chipmunk skirted by but was too quick for me. Lots of starlings, a cardinal and too many noisy crows • I ordered groceries for a Thursday morning pickup, and also spoke to someone about painting the house. If all goes well he’ll begin the project next week • MrsP is progressing well but is still waiting for her followup x-rays to be scheduled • Ducky is hanging in there; still eating, still engaged, still fighting on • Peace & Love
