I did a wee puzzle as a prize draw entry for a Rituals competition this morning and this was a sketch of the final screen, it was actually quite fun doing the puzzles!
Our neighbour issues have improved in one situation but deteriorated in the other one.  The upstairs ones causing the water ingress are now able to make a claim for the work via our Factor on the buildings insurance which means that quotes are being sought and the issue should be sorted, hopefully before any further damage is caused.  Our ceiling may have to come down in the process but it will be worth it if 16 years of hassle is finally dealt with.  The downstairs neighbour remains a massive challenge, but I’m sure we can deal with it!
