I woke much healthier this morning though I’ve maintained the high fluid intake throughout the day to ensure I don’t go backwards! A few chores ticked off the list before lunch; a visitor bearing rhubarb for a little while after and some admin completed including setting up a new Apple Watch. I’ve always used a Fitbit but the screens seem to fail on them within a couple of years or so…plus they’ve recently been taken over by Google so I decided it was time for a change. This evening I’ve put most of the hallway back together. It’s been a bit of a mixed day weather wise but it’s a beautiful evening now.
