Engels at Home

A quartet of Museums, no less. We strolled down to the Whitworth for breakfast and to see the ‘Women in Revolt’ exhibition, which was excellent, and then made our way back into town via the Pankhurst Centre and the Manchester Museum, where we had lunch and spent a bit of time in the Natural History Collection. Then we rounded things off with a visit to the Lowry’s - and the cafe, of course - at the Art Gallery. And then, later on, just in case things were getting a little too highbrow, we went to see Nicolas Cage in ‘The Surfer’ - B Movie heaven - at HOME…
