First ride since.....

....the cracked rib. A good three hours which was desperately needed after the heavy session last night. The tracks were rather overgrown but very mud free.

Within in 30 minutes of being out my hangover was cured which could be more than said for Claire's...I got back after my ride and she was still in bed, the poor thing.

Later on  Claire and I went to pick up Orla and have a Chinese take away with my family.

Thank you very much for the birthday love yesterday.
