Blast from the past

My Birthday weekend celebrations continued.

First thing in the day I went for a bike ride eventhough I had a few beers last night. After about 30 minutes I felt good and had a lovely ride over Dudmaston amongst the Rhododendrons.

Stourbridge had an all day music festival on with most pubs and venues putting on acts.

The headline ticketed event was in the town hall and it was Ned's Atomic Dustbin with Jesus Jones as support act. 

It was fantastic and a throwback to my misspent youth as a student. Ned's are local lads and got quite famous in the early nineties.

A great day was had with my mates again
....getting old ain't so bad.
