Parkrun Spirit!

We were back at Myrtle this morning.  I was Run Directing but actually deputising for P who is currently setting up a new Parkrun and wanted to experience RDing.  It was a good two way dialogue as he had picked up lots of ideas from the events where he had shadowed and similarly, there were things we could answer and practical ideas we could pass on to his team.  We shall look forward to visiting his event when they reach go point.

My blip is of regular H, full of Parkrun Spirit as he comes into the finish, both feet off the ground.
