Meet Suicidal Sid. As you can see he's not been very successful so far.

He'd have been more use than me today. Pushed through a migraine at work yesterday (with the help of a little acupuncture) because we had a huge event on. Paid the price last night but thought I'd more or less got away with it today. And then it all went embarrassingly wrong. Well it could have been worse. I got myself to the first-aider before the flushed clammy state got any worse but still had to go through loads of tests before they'd let me sit up let alone back to work. I hate fuss. And feeling like I've left people down. But when it was pointed out that I didn't exactly look like the face of a health promotion event I conceded and went home once I was capable of driving.

I've always said that if I fight the migraine it always wins. And then some. I guess I proved myself right.

Oh well. Onwards and upwards.
