Friday: Prickly Pink Rosebuds …
… and Butterfly babies (also known as caterpillars!)
5°C just before 6am when I got up, beautiful sunshine but the air was very chilly brrrrrr
Washing on the line for a couple of hours, then brought in to finish off on the clothes maid with sun shining through the window.
Started reading “A Venetian Reckoning” by Donna Leon a few days ago and dipped in and out of this book between other jobs.
I have two pink rose plants near the steps in my garden, the plant which has very thorny stems has dozens of flower buds at the moment and is main photo of today’s Blip.
The rain which was forecast for us arrived just after 5pm, we are supposed to have more rain over next few days, it’s badly needed to refill the reservoirs.
Lots of traffic on the roads this afternoon, which was a nuisance for MrD on his deliveries.
Loads of love and hugs to all my family / Cariad Mawr
