Agapanthus

Reading at the OU today and this was the view through the window before I got shut in my recording cubicle. Dashed between showers to do some shopping and had another somewhat confusing conversation with Santander help line again! Completely different information given to me this time, so not surprised I am confused!
Hope it will make sense when I try to do what they told me.
