Ring of Confidence

I can remember when I could twirl a hula hoop round my body without even thinking about it. Decided that it might help to remove the midriff bulge, but disaster struck. No matter how I girate (not a pretty sight) it falls straight down to the floor with a clatter. It has a pretty lurex cover (plain plastic in my day) so I might just have to hang it up at Christmas! I would be better off getting the vacuum cleaner out to pick up the bits I can see on the carpet!
