Turn around here

I could carry on, but not today. The pipe goes underground to pass under a ridge. To the left of the pipeline is a rough track, which takes one up and over the ridge as it flows down to Waima. Down on the other side the pipe emerges from the side of the ridge.

Alternatively,  by clambering upwards one can make it to the old pipeline running beside Exhibition Drive. On a wet day like today, I turn around and head back to the streets.
