Hearing

Today I left a place I loved for a series of complicated reasons, but it ended up in a way I was very satisfied with. 

I had a hearing with some higher ups and I'm very grateful that I decided to go forward with it too. It brought loads of understanding to the table and I left feeling heard and appreciated. 

Bittersweet but thankful to all the skills I have learnt. I'm excited to see what comes next!
