District Nurse

I suppose Alepher's central role is one of a district nurse, but included are preschools, primary and secondary schools, our staff and anyone else with health issues.
Today she was on her bike again as she reports:

Assessment
◆ Phillip Manda was born in 2003 & he is 10 yrs old
◆ attended mzuzu central hosp since he was born,last visit was on 2may 2012
◆ The child has abnormal big head,difficulties in breathing,swollen mandible,distended abdomen, stiffness of wrist
◆ He is in standard 2 in St Augustine FPS & its about 2km on foot
◆ They (he and his mother) also attended SJOG

Even though Harisen is working on a new programme in Salima, about 600 km away, work goes on as normal in the factory.
