Fresh sweetcorn soup

The water was 16 deg. today which I would normally say is fine - except we've been spoilt for weeks at 20 deg. so it felt a bit lively, especially in the early morning mist and air temp. at 9 deg.

It lead me soup for lunch, albeit a raw one. Sweetcorn, hemp seeds, walnuts, a tomato and half an avocado, garnished with dill.
