Another Day, Another Mountain

After a "restful" Monday visiting Lowther Castle we headed for the hills to give my recovering foot another test.  This was climb up Barrow from Braithwaite.  The foot workout passed with flying colours, but I am way off being as fit as I want to be, to the point that we passed on the climb up Outerside and took a gentle walk back to Braithwaite and an ice cream at the village shop. Yum!
