Thanks Steve

We walked up to Castlerigg farm, over the main Road to Ambleside, over to St John’s church at St John’s in the Vale , Low Rigg, Tewet Tarn and Castlerigg Stone Circle, returning to Keswick. A lovely day out. 7 miles walking.
In the woods just above Keswick, there was a lovely wooden bench dedicated to the memory of a biker called Steve, who must have died quite young. Tragic. But his friends and family have placed the bench facing glorious views over Derwentwater, from where I took the photo.
This  evening we went for a little blipmeet with Tryfan46 and Susan over in Lorton where they are temporarily living. It was good to see them again.
